Big Day in Vereve: “My brother’s house” Brother Sent, the modern kitchen is made !!!

Welcome to Brother New River House of today in the kitchen. It is open, young, educated, and hyper-functional in their four family. We love how it happened, and when walking in the house, it flows very well with the whole project. Colors, make-up, and minimalism keep all the peace while the style and furniture pop. Let’s give you a tour (and see the family in action).

This kitchen was now a design partnership between me (I am my sister), Max Humphrey (local designer), and local designer). My work was that they had partners – Tile, pipe, and lighting, which meant to be painful. But this was a clunky method to do because everything affects everything, wisdom, and you cannot have different cooks make different expes from the same diet. That is all to say that Max and Anne deserve a lot of debt in a building, a complete flow (Annie killed it), and some difficult cases. I took some other things (and all styles, stone, hardware and lighting). Heck, maybe this interaction is activated because it appeared that it was very beautiful. We have chosen this wonderful, Sacks of ice cream an Ann appears in a new Studio McGee line. We had no locked furniture when choosing tile or stone, and Katie and Ken are most dangerous when it comes to small colors / patterns, if you don’t see the right). The final opinion and the purpose of the house remains clear – a warm minimalism, naked with western pacific westhwest.

We set tile from what I called “twice as many” mattack “, where two tiles were placed on each other, but then on the way over two mixed tiles (hard to explain, just see above). It was a more midcecury and unexpectedly. We have passed through all the options (horizontal or vertical stack or traditional obligation / rifle of running), and this sounds like a very perfect supply of fireplace. Katie and Ken were scared, but I felt that it was so safe, so I threw, and they agreed. We have chosen a trivial grout, platinum with prism, which has added the size unless they are very religious (but not a bright white). I love the way we put it after cabinets (which max) to see the tape with glass. It is a hidden but very beautiful.

I was very happy in the end I used a blue light. I’ve been a lover for a while, but as my house is the vineyard, it wouldn’t feel good there. But the lock felt simple enough that I could add some of the banned rels, as much as art, on the top of the island was the right move. This is called Menters paint, with many different color options and enamel color from both shadows and stems. We have chosen the slate, sometimes we learn in a blue way, which was intent (some times, like these pictures, more gray). Black Sconses on the barracks from reset and moves the Blueprint surveillance, while dragging in the dark shape we have in the kitchen.

I love that the more sensitive shadow structure compares with all the difficult wooden lines, and the manifestation of clear metal pops until they laughed well with wood. When they got up, I actually decided that black titles and canopies could be better and well-being replaced gold. It was like they were just disappearing. But as the room gathered together (and as we continued to remove back electricity), we decided that this looks good.

They have a separate Run of the bar (opening the kitchen Patio) and puts its status of coffee. It also has a fridge framework and the Pubble Ice machine (as a brother, as her sister). The window appears at LaCantinian departments, and I didn’t do anything good dang.

As you can see, we chose the prohibited salarware from resetting, Haples, Knobs, latches, and applying. Once again, their selection and custom options can make your project look alike. We hoped to reduce the difference here by choosing copper, but I think it’s black would look hot, too. I just like Brass Patinas, even in today’s house like this.

Screwer Sar-Out Bar’s Kohler Redress, have a sewer of water culligan, inside the cabinet, which provides great baths (all the sorting, including microplastics). Listen, Portland does not have the best water, so I am jealous of this and can find it now (especially after all microplastic reported). It was a very simple installation of them (it was difficult for me, as we have a smaller permission from our cabinets, so stay to watch on that). Screened offers, and Kohler has many different style, but we thought that this one was again for a moment – not today but is not properly worthy.

Kitchn Faucet is very good. It’s Koyohler, in the same vibrant shiny the dissolution of the brass copper, one pulling hole. There may be a standard water flow or shower-like spray. It is one with one and what is done for those who want too much work in a simple way.

I wrote about the design process here, but on a white white tail and cupboards to be wood, I wished to bring some color to something that was drinking. We had a boat caesarsartone to trade Countertops (a long way Ken and Kanie were happy), but I was just worrying that without the color here, the lock could just set down. So I got the green stone from Elmar, and I was thankful, in the span (nervous, but trusted me). It felt very well that the green of all outdoors were part of the inner color palette.

We had a tied stone, which improved many of the veil and gave it a lot about the fullness of the matte text. Be fired that requires immediate closure after that because their own was not, and there was a quick ring from Sub A load of, but it expensive to remove. You are not sure why it is not closed when they survived it before it was on site, but it is one of those amazing conditions that accuse the game unfortunately during the rest. And I felt a great responsibility because I was my natural stone, but you can’t see it now, thank the beauty.

Opposition chairs from CB2 and are very perfect here (that is why I force them to buy). As you look at these chairs from back, they need to be interesting, and that mixed skin / steel is to end the creation of ownership (not comfortable, and attractive in the family from the black cloth).

The greatest issue we had at the beginning of the design that he wanted to deal with the river / look while washing the dishes or food on the island. It is by personal popularity. On one occasion, Anne even tried the sink cabin running to the window with Kitchen Island behind it, where the wall was there. Many ideas on this! I love what Anne kept designed a make-up, and spent the time in the house, sitting on the dinner table so special, and the kitchen is very close and closest.

I forgot completely to say that there is a great movement of it – a big pantry on the road where they have second small, built-in and tons of cupboards and cabinets. We will leave it in the end, I promise 🙂 You will see a restaurant soon. But yet, let’s get to those before and after slides 🙂

It is a real crime to keep the most simple, powerful and decorative ability. I can’t emphasize this enough – you don’t want to re-get rid of hard, but it is very easy to turn off almost everything according to your style.

I will show you a room for life soon, but you know you can see TV in the kitchen, it should be a great game – you can cook when you look at the new season of the Bachelorette that we are all very happy.

It is easy to stay, it is easy to keep a clean kitchen, dreaming of this family, and I feel very lucky and thank you to be part of (and I hanged here).
