True to her work and her vision, Anastasia first examined property through the lens of investment value. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, the apartment was treated primarily as a commodity – in future evidence. This concept is very important at the beginning of the phase, where the space exists only as a blue concrete: here, the thoughtful planning forms the basis of investments and permanent appeals to buyers and tenants alike. Already now, one must look forward and ask: Who will live here? What is their tempo of life? Will their lines gather you, will they need to live alone – or spaces to gather? Anastasia’s mission was to create a universal canvas that adapts to a wide range of life situations.

The apartment, in its original state, was a green shell with a view of the famous mosfilm studios on one side and the courtyard on the other. This space reveals its true character when one approaches the panel windows. Beyond the glass stretches the canopy of the treetops, washed by the light of the evening and melted in the sun of the theater, almost. From the first look, it was clear: The interior should not compete with this view – it should go to extend it, gently and respectfully.

The main task was to unlock the full potential of the apartment, knowing that it is destined for sale and does not suit a particular client. Designing a home without putting it in a single ownership – especially in the premium segment – means embracing creativity and craftsmanship. This approach empowers future residents to shape the space around their lifestyle and values.

A calm palette, refined restraint, and carefully considered architecture serve as a backdrop to life right up to the entrance. At the same time, Anastasia The room was left with a personal expression: Shelves in the bedroom, a home library pulling the TV area in the living room, living things that invite the future owner to a conversation. Here, one can put favorite books, travel tememes, photos – fragments of life that bring warmth and meaning.

The palette is deliberately designed: Beige and Soft Grey, natural wood, stone with a pronounced character. The aim was to create an atmosphere of luxury on the lower, quieter edge – where materials, composition, and alignment speak with confidence and grace.

From the beginning, the team knew that this residence should show a certain level of sophistication – with a complete set of functions and quality to match. High ceilings establish a feeling of openness and ease, while carefully designed systems elevate everyday life. The home includes a built-in cinema and sonance sound system – things that make life here not only comfortable, but really special.

Attention to detail goes beyond aesthetics to practical beauty. Even in the planning stage, the decision was made to assemble a Dry Cabinet All incoming water receives multiple stages of filtration and softening, protecting both health and home systems.

This project is an agreement on how much harmony between universities and different executions can shape a space suitable for life in all its forms. With a considered layout and a neutral base, the apartment invites the individual while maintaining its form and functionality for years to come. It’s not just a place to live, but a stable and dynamic property – always active, always ready to evolve.
